30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
Once your return request is accepted, you will receive:
- A return shipping label.
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care goods (beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the unwanted item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note, banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
